We constantly take a close look: What is really necessary, and what only consumes resources unnecessarily? This allows us to continuously adjust our processes \u2014 with the aim of handling nature and energy responsibly<\/strong>. Naturally, the comfort and well-being of our guests<\/strong> always come first.<\/p>\n

  • Laundry on request:<\/strong> Towels and bed linen are changed on request, helping to save water and energy and contribute to the careful use of resources.<\/li>\n
  • Gentle cleaning products:<\/strong> We use eco-friendly, low-impact products from Hollu (an Austrian cleaning solutions company) that are kind to the environment yet maintain hygienic cleanliness and fresh, welcoming rooms.<\/li>\n
  • Smart water savings:<\/strong> Our bathrooms are equipped with special inserts that noticeably reduce water flow while maintaining pressure and comfort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Seasonal products:<\/strong> Our breakfast buffet offers a little taste of Carinthia \u2014 many items come directly from local farmers and producers, ensuring freshness, authentic flavour and supporting the regional economy.<\/li>\n
    • Minimal packaging:<\/strong> Wherever possible, we avoid individually packaged products. Only where it helps prevent spoilage do we offer small portions. This way, you can enjoy variety with a clear conscience.<\/li>\n
    • Buffet with care:<\/strong> We refill the breakfast buffet continuously rather than preparing large quantities at once, avoiding food waste. Pre-portioned servings are consciously avoided \u2014 each guest has their own taste, so only what is truly enjoyed ends up on the plate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Thermal insulation:<\/strong> The house has been fully thermally renovated. Modern triple glazing and high-quality insulation reduce heat loss, increase energy efficiency and create a comfortable indoor climate.<\/li>\n
      • LED & energy-efficient appliances:<\/strong> All lighting is LED, and our appliances are energy-efficient, gradually reducing electricity consumption.<\/li>\n
      • Motion sensors:<\/strong> Motion sensors in public areas ensure lights are on only when needed \u2014 a small detail with a big impact on energy consumption.<\/li>\n
      • 100% green electricity:<\/strong> All electricity we use comes from renewable sources.<\/li>\n
      • Waste reduction:<\/strong> We carefully separate waste and avoid single-use plastics wherever possible, aiming to keep resources in a cycle and reduce garbage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
