Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00: Check-in is possible from 14:00. We always try to arrange for an earlier check-in, if room availabilities allow us to do so. Should you arrive after 19:00, we would kindly ask you to let us know.
Check-out: until 10:00: We would kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 on the departure day. If room availabilities allow us to do so, we also offer you a late check-out.
Reservations are binding in writing or verbally. To fix your booking, we kindly ask you for an advance payment of 20 % of the total room rate.
Cancellation conditions
- free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 30 to 15 days before arrival – 40 % of the total rate
- 14 to 8 days before arrival – 70 % of the total rate
- 7 days or less before arrival – 100 % of the total rate
